About the application

OCCAS (Online Certified Copy Application System) is a web application to facilitate the issuing of certified copy of documents such as orders, judgements, petition copies etc by the High Court of Manipur.
The applicant must create an user account first to login into the system, then submit the online certified copy request form and pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs 20/-. Once the form is submitted, it will be consumed and processed at the High Court's end through another application OCCAPS (Online Certified Copy Application Processing System). After the process is completed, a notification is provided to the applicant via email and the same is also shown in his/her OCCAS dashboard.
